Planning & cost

Before the job

Call or use the estimate form — we'll schedule a consultation, walk your space, and give you a detailed written estimate. Once you approve, work typically begins within two to four weeks depending on our schedule and the season.

A 20% deposit reserves your spot on the schedule. The balance is due at completion — after you've done the walkthrough and you're satisfied with the work.

Most residential jobs run three to seven days depending on scope. You'll get a specific timeline with your estimate, and a crew of three to six pros keeps it moving.

Yes — moving furniture yourself or handling light prep like cleaning can trim labor time. Tell us what you'd like to take on and we'll quote around it.

We offer referral discounts when you send friends and neighbors our way, and occasional slow-season pricing in winter — worth asking when you call.

Exteriors are best late spring through early fall — freezing nights and wet weather interfere with curing. Interior work happens year-round.

The work itself

On the job

All of it: surface cleaning, sanding, filling holes, caulking — plus minor carpentry like trim fixes and drywall repair when needed. Prep is where good paint jobs are won.

Absolutely. Taping, masking, plastic sheeting, and drop cloths on every job — clean lines on the walls, nothing on your floors.

We repair most minor issues — drywall holes, cracks, and small carpentry like a broken cabinet door — as part of the job. Bigger structural repairs may need a separate contractor, and we'll tell you honestly which is which.

Typically a crew of three to six professionals, depending on scope — the same crew through the job, with Dan checking in.

OSHA guidelines, proper protective gear, and good ventilation on indoor projects. A safe jobsite is a careful jobsite — the same care goes into your finish.

Materials & after

Paint, color & care

Yes — a complimentary color consultation comes with every job. We'll bring samples, recommend premium brands and finishes, and match HOA palettes when needed.

Usually, yes. Premium paints cover better, last longer, and stand up to scrubbing — they cost more per gallon and less per year.

Wherever possible we use low- and zero-VOC paints — better indoor air quality and less environmental impact — and we dispose of waste responsibly.

Yes. We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee and a warranty on labor and materials — the specifics come in writing with your estimate.

Gentle cleaning and the occasional touch-up keep interiors fresh; for exteriors, a periodic walk-around catches desert wear early. We're a phone call away either way.

Often — we collaborate with designers and decorators, and when a project needs trades we don't carry, we'll recommend people we trust.
